BANKSERV AND NETIK.COM TEAM TO DELIVER INTERNATIONAL FUNDS TRANSFER SERVICES

Partnership to Provide One Source For Global Wire Transfer Solutions

September 13, 2000 - SAN FRANCISCO, CA - BankServ, Inc., one of the country’s leading payment solutions providers, announced today at SIBOS a strategic alliance with Netik.com to distribute Netik’s xNetik TurboSwift software. This distribution agreement will enable BankServ to offer financial institutions a single source for both domestic and international funds transfers.

By utilizing Netik’s TurboSwift Software, BankServ’s already established GFX system will expand to offer a fully integrated application, allowing for straight through processing of both FedWire and Swift messaging. And as part of the agreement, Netik will have access to all of BankServ’s advanced payment solution resources.
